Where do we ship? Saaya Home ships across the GTA.

Where do orders ship from? Every Saaya Home order is crafted and shipped directly from Pakistan. This is how we bring you 100% cotton bedding at prices that make sense. No middlemen, no markups.

How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. We know that's longer than a warehouse down the street, but great things take a little time.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Return window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• A photo if the item is damaged

We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
