Where do you ship from? All Saaya Home products are crafted and shipped directly from Pakistan. This is how we're able to bring you heirloom-quality, 100% cotton bedding at accessible prices.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship across Canada? Currently we only ship across the GTA.

PRODUCT & QUALITY

What material are your sheets made from? All Saaya Home bedding is made from 100% cotton. No blends, no synthetics. Just breathable, natural fabric that gets softer with every wash.

Do the sheets shrink after washing? Like all natural cotton products, minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain the best fit and feel.

How should I care for my sheets?

  • Machine wash cold
  • Tumble dry low
  • Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron on medium if needed

What sizes do you offer? We currently offer Single, Double, Queen and King sizes across all designs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at Saayafabric@gmail.com or reach out at +1 437-324-1184.

Who covers return shipping costs? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged? We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at Saayafabric@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.
